I ordered sparklers for my wedding and had to reach out to customer service with a quick shipping question. They did get back to me, but it just took a little longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up once. The person I talked to was nice enough and they did handle the issue, just not super quickly. Overall, it was fine, but I do think they could be a bit more responsive

I ordered these for our wedding and, not that I was obsessively checking the tracking or anything, but it was really easy to follow the whole way. The package showed up right when it said it would, everything was packed neatly, and nothing looked damaged. We tried one just to make sure, very calmly of course, and it worked perfectly. no complaints at all. Really happy with how it went.
